Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

importing FROM Pleco

I find it really easy to make lists of words I encounter every day in Pleco, but I don't know how to get them into Skritter.

I did a search on this, and was only able to find a way to take words from Skritter and put them into Pleco. I prefer Skritter's interface.

Alternatively, is there an easy way to add words to Skritter?

Right now, I have active decks in both Skritter and Pleco. It's a pain- I want to consolidate into Skritter.

Have exactly the same thoughts!

As a matter of fact, there's currently an "add to Skritter" function in the works for a future Pleco update, which should address your concern in a muy eleganté fashion!

I have the link to http://mdbg.net/ on my main page. It's not comfortable to add words this way, so for a large list I prefer the computer, but still it's nice to quickly add some words this way.

That's in the works, but in the meantime if you export your flashcard list to a text file and copy that to your computer (admittedly a bit of an awkward step there) you can copy and paste it into Skritter's wordlist creation box.

Thanks! I'll look forward to the Pleco update, but I'll try that for now.
